Chatbot - Conversation excellence. MAHI comes with our prime IP Entellio integrated in Pepper. Entellio is our very own and industry acclaimed conversation engine. It is a self-learning NLP/AI/ML based service platform as also an enterprise chatbot system. Entellio’s capability to integrate with external APIs clubbed with the capability to setup interactive conversation scripts, makes Pepper’s speech recognition yield much better results.
