Our websites ans Services may contain links to third-party websites, products or services and our Services may use or offer products or services from third-parties – for exemple, a third-party robot app. Note that information collected by such third parties, which may include personal information, is governed bytheir own privacy practices that we encourage you to consult.
Personal Information: Personal information is data that identify a single person. It does not include aggregate or anonymized information which is data we collect about User’s, or group/category of Users’, use of the Services from which individual identities or personnal information are not know or have been removed.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU
The information we learn from you helps us deliver, operate effectively, personalize and continually improve our Services. Such data may include personal information and also data in a form that does not, on its own, permit direct association with any specific individual.
Here are the types of information we gather:
Information you give us: we collect and store information you provide us when you set up your account on the website; communicate with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise; place an order or complete an entry form ; send us your resume and other information necessary to process your application. As a result of those actions, you might supply us with such information as your name, address, country, email address, phone number, or financial information.
Information related to your use of our robots:
- If the diagnostic report has been enabled on a robot, we will collect and analyze information such as error reports, usage statistics, dialog quality data or interaction performance for this particular robot and combine them with the data included in the robot’s associated account. While such data are mostly technical and non-Personal Information, some might however be regarded as Personal Information with respect to the robot’s account holder (ex: the list of applications downloaded on the robot).
- Dialog data: SBRE Services include features that allow you to interact orally with our robots. SBRE will not collect or store the content of the interactions with your robot without your consent.
However, the ability of our robots to decode human voice being limited, sometimes the robot may not understand its interlocutor speaks perfectly, and in this case, the spoken words of the person who speaks will be translated into text and transmitted to our third-party voice recognition provider in order to provide the voice recognition feature expected. Please be aware that if the spoken words include personal or other sensitive information (i.e: name, address…), that information will be transmitted to our third-party provider. The voice-recognition feature can be activated or deactivated at any time. Note however that if the voice-recognition feature is deactivated, the oral interaction with the robot will be limited.
