SoftBank Robotics Europe, is teaming with the United Robotics Group, to develop and expand its Pepper & NAO robots business in Europe.

Starting October 1st, 2021, the United Robotics Group will manage and develop new sales, services support and maintenance in European countries for Pepper & NAO humanoid robots.

Paris, June 24, 2021 - Since 2012 SoftBank Robotics Group, a subsidiary of SoftBank, has invested in Humanoid Robotics and intends to keep Pepper & NAO robots business moving forward.

In the light of the pandemic and economic slowdown, SoftBank Robotics Europe is considering a significant workforce optimization plan. Our EMEA HQ located in Paris is home to about 330 employees, as of March 2021.

Paris, December 17th – As the whole world is still facing an unprecedented health crisis, SoftBank Robotics and its partners are developing new robotic solutions to help fight against the spread of the pandemic.

Thanks to its partners, SoftBank Robotics has been able to deploy multiple Pepper robots all across EMEA to help companies and public places to enforce social distancing and mask wearing.
