A Truly one-of-a-kind Nightclub, Where various robots work with humans, opens on December 8

TOKYO, December 6, 2023 – SoftBank Robotics Corp. is today pleased to announce the opening of CLUB THE PEPPER, a new club where you can dance with robots, on December 8, 2023. Pepper PARLOR, a premium café that already draws queues on weekends, will be transformed into CLUB THE PEPPER at night, catering primarily to inbound customers. This unique nightclub offers a combination of music from popular DJs, robot dance performed by a fleet of Pepper, and Japanese cuisine from famous restaurants, bringing together Japan’s unique culture, technology, and cuisine at once.

 

 

With “A world of robotics. A world of possibilities.” as a mission, SoftBank Robotics is committed to providing robot solutions across a wide range of industries. 2019, saw the opening of Pepper PARLOR, a café where people and robots work together. Since then, the café has been attracting many domestic and international customers.

The new CLUB THE PEPPER is a unique nightclub that will transform Pepper PARLOR nightime format into a nightclub, where both domestic and international customers can experience Japan’s culture, technology, and cuisine all at once, while dancing with robots and having a great time. Customers can now enjoy DJs playing J-POP, anime songs and other music popular in Japan and overseas, as well as an offering of Japanese dishes such as sushi and renowned restaurants’s ramen noodles. from renowned restaurants.
